Summer is gone and monsoon has made the Aravalli range green, weather has cleared up and its time for Jeypore Bike Riders to ride out for an Off The Road (OTR).
On 25th August 2018, lead by Mr. Naval Sharma (@navalsharmajpr) nine Jeypore Bike Riders kick started their ride to Chaparwara dam in Dudu district of Rajasthan from Jaipur.
Chaparwara dam is situated around 75 kms from Jaipur. It is an earthen dam built over a local river Banas in the Ganga basin and has been in operation since 1894, with the main purpose to irrigation.
The area around this dam is an excellent practice zone for OTR. JBR rides left Jaipur by 05:30 AM with an aim to practice OTR on soft ground, gradient and slush. With guidance from experienced senior riders all JBR riders had learn't the fine points of riding.
The OTR ride ended at 10 AM with all riders returning to Jaipur safely.
